Comprehensive guide to ticket void and hotel refunds on FLYAROM

Same-Day Instant Void Feature: One-Click Refund

In compliance with IATA regulations, customers can void an electronic ticket on the same calendar day of issuance prior to 23:59 local issuing time. When voided in-app, the ticket is instantly cancelled and the payment transaction is reversed to your payment method immediately.

1. Flight Ticket Void Conditions

  • Must be submitted on the same calendar day before 23:59.
  • Online check-in must not have been processed.
  • Eligible bookings display a direct "Instant Void" action in My Bookings.

2. Standard Refund (Post-Void Window)

After the same-day void window lapses, cancellation follows the operating airline fare rules and penalty charges. The refundable balance is returned to the account within 5-14 business days.

3. Hotel Bookings Cancellation

Most hotel rooms on FLYAROM offer free cancellation up to a specified deadline shown clearly on your voucher. Cancellations made before this deadline receive a full 100% refund.
